Exciting Wellness Program Updates for the New Year

As we step into the new year, Farmers Cooperative is excited to introduce enhancements to our wellness programs! With a continued focus on employee health and well-being, we are rolling out Vitality, a new wellness app replacing Virgin Pulse, along with a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) to help cover a variety of health-related expenses. These initiatives provide excellent opportunities to track your wellness journey and earn valuable rewards along the way.
Vitality: Your New Wellness App
The start of the year brings an exciting change—Vitality is now our official wellness app, replacing Virgin Pulse. This platform offers new ways to track your health journey and unlock valuable benefits. While participation is optional, employees and their spouses can each earn up to $500 in H.S.A. rewards by joining.

Introducing the Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
To further support employee well-being, Farmers Cooperative is rolling out a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) for all employees enrolled in our health insurance plan. $50 per month is added to this account for eligible wellness expenses including:
✔️ Gym and health club memberships
✔️ Fitness and exercise classes
✔️ Personal training (including wellness apps)
✔️ Nutrition or weight loss counseling
✔️ Smoking cessation and addiction counseling
Additionally, employees can receive up to $100 per year in reimbursement toward a fitness tracking device that pairs with Vitality (Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, or Samsung devices).
