Important Health Insurance Reminder

Employees have until June 30th to complete the wellness requirements to receive the lower health insurance premium. If your spouse is on your plan, they will also need to complete the requirements below.

1. Biometric Screening: If you have not completed your screening, please call 888-708-8807 x 1 to receive the form to take to your physician to complete.
2. Health Survey: Please complete the screening on your Virgin Pulse account. If you have not signed up for Virgin Pulse, please visit www.join.virginpulse.com/farmers.

Open Enrollment

Open enrollment this year will be from Monday, December 2nd to the end of day Friday, December 6th. You can enroll in or make changes to your insurance plans through your ADP profile or by calling (888) 598-2040. If you do not complete open enrollment, you will be auto-enrolled in your current coverages. Our insurance plan year begins on January 1st.
