We would like to thank everyone for completing open enrollment this year. With all the plan changes, we wanted to make sure employees knew what they were signing up for. Now that it is August, our new plan year has started, and I wanted to go over some reminders.

We would like to thank everyone for completing open enrollment this year. With all the plan changes, we wanted to make sure employees knew what they were signing up for. Now that it is August, our new plan year has started, and I wanted to go over some reminders.
- We switched our dental from The Benefits Group to Delta Dental. You should have received new dental cards. If you have not received them, please call 866-827-3319. Deductibles, however, will roll over from The Benefits Group to Delta Dental so you still have until the end of the year before they start over.
- We switched our disability and life insurance from UNUM to Lincoln Financial Group. The only change to this plan was the way we calculate the long-term disability. This will now be based off of your W2 earnings and not just a flat rate.
- We switched out Flexible Spending Accounts from Benefits Inc to H.S.A Bank. With the flex accounts, these are ran on the plan year schedule, so if you have any unused medical or dependent expenses, please make sure you use them up in the next 60 days. If you just have HSA accounts, then you do not need to worry about this because those funds never expire.
- We offered two medical plans again that offer different networks at a different price point. You will not receive new ID cards unless you switched networks. If you switched and still haven’t received a card, please call 855-849-2201. Deductibles will also go until the end of the year. We also updated everyone’s wellness credits for those who completed them last plan year.
- There were no changes to vision and we are still with VSP. Please remember they do not have ID cards, just tell your provider you have VSP and they can look you up in the system.
