Biometric Screening Sign-Up is Now Open!

As a reminder, all employees and spouses covered under our health insurance must complete a biometric screening and health check on Virgin Pulse each year to qualify for the lower premium in the next plan year. You can have your screening done by your doctor or attend one of our company events.

This year, we offer two convenient ways to sign up for a company event:
  • Phone: Call eHealth directly at 888-708-8807 ext. 1 to schedule over the phone. Representatives are available Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Virgin Pulse: We're pleased to introduce a new online registration process through Virgin Pulse. Please note that this is a new feature, so if you encounter any difficulties, don't hesitate to call eHealth at the number above.
Important: Both employees and spouses must register separately on Virgin Pulse due to consent requirements.
Detailed instructions for registering on Virgin Pulse are included below.

  1. Go to Virgin Pulse –under the Announcements tab (or your daily cards) click on eHealth screenings when you log in, then click “Sign Up Today!”
  2. This should log you in automatically, if not enter your username and password or eHealth.
  3. This will take you to the eHealth home screen where you will be able to select one of three options.
  4. If you would like to opt in for a text message reminder, select Yes, type in your cell number and click Submit. If you do not want the text message reminder, select No and click Submit.
  5. To schedule a screening, under step one click on the blue button “Click to Select”
  6. Select the state where you would like to complete your onsite health screening.
  7. Use the drop-down function to choose your desired location, date and time. Click on Register.
  8. Acknowledge the Health Screening Consent by checking the “I agree” box located at the bottom of the consent – you must scroll through the consent before clicking.
  9. Enter first & last name in the Signature section. Click Continue.
  10. Once you have completed the sign-up process, a confirmation page will be generated your records. You will also receive a confirmation email with the same information just after scheduling your appointment and 24 hours before your appointment time.
 
*If you would like to see your own physician, you will need to call eHealth or follow the same steps to get the form to take to your doctor.

Virgin Pulse – Health Survey
 
Virgin Pulse is our wellness app, and this is where you will find your second requirement and where you can log activity to earn points for H.S.A Contributions. You and your spouse, if on Farmers Cooperative insurance, will both need to complete the health survey to complete the wellness requirements. If you are already signed up for Virgin Pulse, your account will update automatically. If you still need to sign up, then please follow the directions below. You can find the survey under the cards section, or under the Health tab named survey. 
 
1. Join Virgin Pulse by visiting www.join.virginpulse.com/farmers . Fill out the required fields to confirm your eligibility, and then click Continue.
2. Enter your preferred email and create a password to create your account. Once you’ve created your account, you can sign in and get started right away.
3. If you have a smartphone, you can also download the Virgin Pulse app to make tracking easy.
 
We will also be receiving the final wellness points for 2023 in the next few weeks. Once we receive those, we will upload the H.S.A dollars into your account on the January 24th payroll.

Open enrollment this year will be from Monday, December 2nd to the end of day Friday, December 6th. You can enroll in or make changes to your insurance plans through your ADP profile or by calling (888) 598-2040. If you do not complete open enrollment, you will be auto-enrolled in your current coverages. Our insurance plan year begins on January 1st.
