Farmers Cooperative invites you and a guest to attend our employee celebration at Embassy Suites in Lincoln, NE. Enjoy breakout sessions, dinner, awards, and entertainment. All employees who plan to attend must register by January 13th. If you are not staying overnight, you stil must register.

| Where is the event being held? The event will be hosted at Embassy Suites (1040 P Street) in Lincoln, NE. A block of rooms for employees have been reserved at Embassy Suites. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown will be utilized for any additional hotel rooms needed. Where do I park? Parking is available at Que Place Parking Garage (1111 Q Street), Wells Fargo Parking Garage (1248 O Street), or valet parking at Embassy Suites. Will charges for the parking garage or valet parking be reimbursed? No, employees are responsible for all parking expenses. If I want to stay Friday night, can I? Yes, but the employee is responsible for hotel expenses incurred for Friday night. The hotel rate for Embassy Suites is $109/night plus any applicable taxes. Is the hotel room for Saturday night paid by Farmers Cooperative? Yes. Each employee will receive one hotel room and taxes paid. Are employees required to stay the night? No; however, all employees who plan on having alcoholic beverages without a designated sober driver are required to reserve a hotel room. When do I need to register by? All employees who plan to attend need to register via the link above by Friday, January 13th. What is the dress code? Dressy casual - nice jeans are acceptable. Are the breakout sessions mandatory to attend? No, the breakout sessions are optional. What prizes will be given away? There will be seven top casino prizes and all casino participants are eligible to win the casino prizes. Throughout the evening, there will be numerous door prizes given away. Only employees are eligible to win the door prizes. What happens if I need to cancel my hotel room? If you do not notify Farmers Cooperative of your cancellation within 24 hours of your hotel arrival date, your employee account will be charged $50. |
