2022 Difference Maker Award Winner

Many times, our employees demonstrate our core values and make a difference without blinking an eye. Farmers Cooperative truly has a dedicated employee base that takes pride in the work we do and the patrons and communities we serve. With so many employees and locations, these difference making acts don't always get recognized by our peers. Because of that, we have the Difference Maker Award, an employee recognition program to help spotlight the hard work employees demonstrate on a day-to-day basis. This program recognizes employees who demonstrate any one of our core values and how they make a difference at work or in their communities.
This year's Difference Maker Award winner is David Dorn - Tire Sales Specialist | Firth Tire
David's Nomination:
David is the kind of employee that the Coop is lucky to have. He is constantly thriving to be better for his community by providing quality and personable service. He is an example to those around him and does not shy away from helping out anywhere he can. David makes it possible for his coworkers to have a good day. He is respectful and helpful in many ways and deserves all the recognition possible.
David has also spent multiple years volunteering at the local fire department, assists in any safety trainings, customer appreciations, or community events as often as he can.
