Farmers Cooperative's Job Shadow Program offers students and others the chance to explore careers in agriculture by shadowing experienced professionals in their chosen field. Whether you're interested in grain, agronomy, energy, feed, or corporate roles, you'll gain valuable insights into the day-to-day work and the career paths that led our employees to their current positions.

Participants will learn about the skills and knowledge required in their field of interest, the career path their mentor took to get there, and receive advice on preparing for a career in agriculture.
